Our courses are heavy on hands-on exercises, performed in developer Orgs. All our courses are taught by an experienced senior instructor that has done over 190 Salesforce implementations, and students will learn best practices and what not to do in Salesforce.
This course teaches students the skills necessary to effectively work as a Salesforce System Administrator. This course is an alternative to the Administration Essentials for New Admins in Lightning Experience (ADX201) offered by Salesforce.
This course covers nearly all the topics on which a student will be tested in the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam. Additionally, students will receive a roadmap to studying for the exam. This document has been validated by hundreds of students using it to pass the exam.

This course is a Fast Track to learning the same skills as the 5-day System Administration class. It is delivered in 6 two-hour live online sessions, with the students doing the hands-on exercises on their own. In addition, there are two one-hour study sessions one week and two weeks after the class, to help the students prepare for the certification exam.
This course is an alternative to the Administration Essentials for New Admins in Lightning Experience (ADX201) offered by Salesforce.
Additionally, students will receive a roadmap to studying for the exam. This document has been validated by hundreds of students using it to pass the exam.

This course combines the topics of both of these certification paths, since there is so much overlap. This course is an alternative to both the Administration Essentials for Experienced Admins in Lightning Experience (ADX211) and Declarative Development for Platform App Builders in Lightning (DEX403) courses. It covers nearly all the topics that students will be tested on in the Certified Advanced Administrator exam and the Certified Platform App Builder exam. Additionally, students receive a roadmap to studying for both exams. This document has been validated by hundreds of students using it to pass the exam.

Salesforce has announced that workflow is going away, Process Builder will get no further development, and Flow will be the future. There are no courses dedicated to Flow offered by Salesforce. This course will teach students to really be able to use Flow. The course features heavy hands-on exercises, creating Flows in a Salesforce Org with the most recent release.

This course is for new users, or those that have been using Salesforce® for some time but know that they are not leveraging all it can do. Go deeper into Salesforce® and learn more about how to use the platform more effectively. Students will learn basic nomenclature, how to use personal settings, navigating in Salesforce®, personal settings, using the main objects, how to use List Views, using records, using Activities, emailing from Salesforce®, and how to create Reports. Students will perform hands-on exercises working in a Salesforce® Org to reinforce the training concepts. Private courses will have a custom curriculum tailored for the client’s Org and business.
