Salesforce can be a game-changing application for any business... if it’s configured well, and users are trained properly. Unfortunately, many Salesforce customers don’t derive anywhere near the benefits that they should from Salesforce, and the culprit is almost always lack of user training.
We are authorized resellers of any class that Salesforce offers, but there are no one-day user training classes that give users the training they really need.
We offer three types of user training:
All of our user training includes hands-on exercises done in a practice Org of Salesforce, that the users can keep. We provide printed materials to all students. We have trained hundreds of Salesforce users, and our curriculum has been honed to give users confidence and newfound enthusiasm to use Salesforce.
