After much effort, my Salesforce course “Accidental Admin: Reports and Dashboards” is finally online!! This course takes the student through both Classic and Lightning, and breaks down reports and dashboards into simple steps. We cover topics like standard and custom report types, advanced reporting tools such as custom summary formulas and the ‘power of one’, and great tools such as reporting snapshots. I also point out pro tips throughout the course, and how to keep your Org nice and tidy.
