Salesforce is making some big changes to automation in Spring ’21. Here are the highlights:

• Workflow’s days are numbered. It won’t happen in the next few months, but it is coming
• Process Builder will get no more development. All the development is going to Flow
• Flow will add triggered Flows – no more need for autolaunched Flows using Process Builder
• Spring ’21 will debut One Builder – the all-in-one tool for creating automation. Salesforce is using the tag “Flow is all you need”, so that’s a hint as to the direction this is going.
