Arriving in San Francisco, I took the train into the city. There were several people also going to Dreamforce in the train car. The salesforce.com bond took place, and we all started trading ideas, suggestions, and salesforce.com tips. I was able to solve a problem that a system admin had been having for weeks. The camaraderie among salesforce.com users is an intangible that does not exist with other CRM systems.

The salesforce.com community is like one giant campground, always sharing with others. I tell clients that a good first stop whenever you get stumped is the user community. There are thousands of people out there waiting to help.
