We were reminded of that this week. I was interviewed a couple weeks ago by a very popular blog (unlike mine, but I’m a busy guy) called Rainforce, which is a salesforce.com blog, and a good one.

The interview concerned small businesses, the challenges they face, and how salesforce.com can best be leveraged by the SMB world.
