On our list of things to do this year has been to get our salesforce.com Developer certification. I’m happy to announce the culmination of that goal. We are now certified (don’t read into that statement) as a Developer, System Administrator, and Sales Cloud Consultant. When you are in the salesforce.com orbit, continuing learning is important.

There are 3 releases every year – salesforce.com is a rapidly changing beast. It’s a moving target that requires constant refreshing of knowledge.  Each release brings MORE functionality, not less. The applications get more complex with each release, so if your knowledge base is not expanding, you are losing ground.
